| Month | Event |
| January | Payment of annual student fee is due on 1 January. Payment should be made by cheque, cashier order. Student name and registration number should be clearly written on the back of the cheque. |
| February | Examination results are sent to students who have entered the December examination while examination entry forms are sent to those who eligible to sit for the June examination. |
| March | Completed examination entry form for the June examination together with payment of the examination fee by cheque, cashier order of HKIAAT Visa Card must be received by the Institute on or before 31 March. |
| May | Examination attendance dockets are sent to students sitting for the June examination. |
| June | Examinations take place. |
| August | Examination results are sent to students who have entered the June examination while examination entry forms are sent to those who are eligible to sit for the December examination. |
| September | Completed examination entry form for the December examination together with payment of the examination fee by cheque, cashier order must be received by the Institute on or before 30 September. |
| November | Examination attendance dockets are sent to student sitting for the December examination. |
| December | Examinations take place. |
