Reciprocal Membership Agreement

The HKIAAT has in place reciprocal membership agreements (RMAs) with the Association of Accounting Technicians in the United Kingdom (UKAAT), AAT Australia and the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants (NZICA).

Under the RMAs, members of HKIAAT can apply for membership of the UKAAT, AAT Australia and NZICA. The RMAs signify the HKIAAT and UKAAT/AAT Australia/NZICA share the common interests in the advancement of the accountancy profession, with an aim to maintain and strengthen the professional standard of accounting technicians.
