Fee Financial instrument standards, HKAS 32 and 39, are often viewed as the most lengthy and complicated standards among the full set of HKFRSs that is effective in 2005. These financial instrument standards not only create new practices to financial institutions, but also have significant implication for all large to small sized companies having financial instruments, which include receivables and cash. More complicated, many amendments and new standard and interpretations have been continuously introduced, including HKFRS 7. The seminar aims at using a simple but comprehensive approach integrated with cases and examples to explain the application of these standards.
