Further Studies
Upon completion of the course, students may apply for admission to relevant post-secondary programmes of course deliverers in accounting, business administration, finance.

Career Pathways
Graduates of this course may pursue a career in accounting by starting off as an Accounts Clerk. Upon attaining the Accredited Accounting Technician (AAT) qualification, graduates may gradually rise to supervisory levels, e.g. Accounting Supervisor. For those who have further attained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification, together with the accumulation of relevant work experience may reach managerial levels, e.g. Accounting Manager, Financial Controller.

Professional Qualifications
e.g. Certified Accounts Clerk (CAC)* qualification, Accredited Accounting Technician (AAT)** qualification and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification

*Graduates of the ApL course will be eligible for applying the CAC qualification.

**Graduates of the ApL course will be exempted from Paper 1 of the AAT Examination. Scholarships will be offered to outstanding students as a waiver of fees to take the AAT Examination.
