As reported in earlier issues, we have extended our Reciprocal Membership Agreements ("RMA") with the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) in UK to 31 December 2019 and 31 December 2020 respectively. These RMAs provide additional pathways for HKIAAT members to join top-tier overseas professional bodies.

I am pleased to inform you that the AAT in the UK has provided an exclusive offer to our members who wish to become AAT professional members under the RMA arrangement. If you apply today, you will be able to take advantage of the exclusive annual membership rate of £74Note for the first year and on all future renewals (the standard annual membership fee is £151). This exclusive offer is valid for those applying before 31 December 2020. You can find out more about how AAT membership can benefit you at www.aat.org.uk/hkiaat.

I encourage all of our members to take advantage of the RMAs and grasp the chance to expand your horizons.

Webster Ng
President of HKIAAT
