This is where we post and answer students’ questions about the accounting profession and the AAT qualification. If you have any questions you’d like to ask us, you are welcome to send them to sharon.keung@hkiaat.org. We are always pleased to answer your questions.

Question in this issue:
Alan: Who can join the accountancy profession?
Our answer: Anyone who wants to join the accounting profession should, of course, be sensitive to numbers. But that’s not all. They also must be analytical, hardworking and honest. If you fit the bill, then accounting could be the profession for you!
